Purchase, Production & Warranty Policy

Print-Ready Artwork

All artwork must be submitted print-ready in PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, or SVG format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Customers are responsible for verifying the size, spelling, colors, and overall quality of their artwork before submission.
Files will be printed exactly as received.
We do not make modifications or corrections without the customer's authorization.
If your artwork requires editing, vectorization, background removal, resizing, rearranging, or any other adjustments, these services will be quoted separately.

Print Quality

We print exactly what is provided by the customer.
Disnova DTF Supply is not responsible for low-resolution images, pixelated artwork, spelling errors, incorrect dimensions, or any issues contained within the submitted file.
Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, color profiles, printing materials, and the printing process.

Production

All orders are custom-made upon request.
Production begins immediately after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.
Production turnaround times begin once payment has been received and final artwork has been approved.

Changes & Cancellations

No changes will be accepted once production has begun.
Custom orders cannot be canceled after they have entered production.

Returns & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom printed products.

Orders will only be replaced if a manufacturing defect is determined to be the responsibility of Disnova DTF Supply.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Errors in customer-submitted artwork.
Low-resolution or pixelated images.
Spelling or grammatical mistakes.
Incorrect sizes requested by the customer.
Normal color variations between digital screens and printed products.
Improper application of DTF or UV DTF transfers.
Damage caused during heat pressing, installation, or handling.

Claims

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a detailed description of the problem.

Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Copyright & Printing Rights

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own or have permission to reproduce all logos, trademarks, graphics, images, and other content provided for printing.

Disnova DTF Supply is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

UV DTF Application & Care Instructions

Recommended Surfaces

Our UV DTF transfers are designed for use on smooth, hard surfaces, including:

Glass
Metal
Acrylic
Plastic
Ceramic
Sealed wood
Tumblers and drinkware
Other compatible hard surfaces

UV DTF transfers are not recommended for fabrics or flexible materials.

Surface Preparation

Before applying your UV DTF transfer:

Clean the surface using only mild soap and water.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, or other solvents, as they may affect adhesion.
Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before application.

Application Instructions

Carefully position the design in the desired location.
Apply firm, even pressure using a scraper or squeegee to eliminate air bubbles and ensure proper adhesion.
Slowly peel away the clear carrier film at a moderate angle.

Care Instructions

To maximize the life of your UV DTF transfer:

Hand wash only.
Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water.
Do not place in the dishwasher.
Do not soak for extended periods.
Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.
Pat dry with a soft towel instead of rubbing the design.
Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight when not in use.

Important Notice

We recommend testing the transfer on a sample piece before applying it to a finished product, especially when working with unfamiliar materials or surfaces.

While our UV DTF transfers are designed for excellent adhesion and durability, final performance depends on proper application, surface compatibility, and appropriate product care.
